Timely Provider Credentialing - Mental Health Providers

Count and percent of clean and complete mental health provider applications for which the MCO or subcontractor credentials the mental health provider and the provider is sent notice of enrollment within 30 days of receipt of the application. Mental health providers include Pastoral Psychotherapists, Clinical Social Workers, Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners licensed as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Include subcontractors and sister agencies designated to do credentialing in the measure.  Exclude providers designated by an MCO to do their own credentialing from this measure.
