Timely Provider Credentialing - Specialty Providers

Count and percent of clean and complete specialty provider applications for which the MCO or subcontractor credentials the specialty provider and the provider is sent notice of enrollment within 45 days of receipt of the application. Specialty providers include Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Optometry providers. Include subcontractors and sister agencies designated to do credentialing in this measure. Exclude providers designated by an MCO to do their own credentialing from this measure. Exclude Psychiatrists and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners licensed as psychiatric nurse practitioners from this measure.
